FAQ

1.  How can I access my email remotely?
You can use our web based email.  The address is http://webmail.i-c.net.  More information on how it works is here: http://www.i-c.net/support/webmailsupport.asp.

2.  I get an authentication error when I try to connect.  What should I do? 
Many times restarting your computer will resolve this issue.  If you feel your account is near renewal time, please call our office at 804-355-9999 so we can check the status of your account.  If the account is past due on payment, this is the error you would receive when you try to connect.  We can renew the account over the phone.

3.  I can not download my email with Outlook or Outlook Express.  I also receive the same messages over and over.  What should I do? 
This is often caused by a large email attachment that has "clogged up" your mailbox.  Log into http://webmail.i-c.net to see if you have received a large email attachment.  If you have, delete the message and Outlook or Outlook Express will be able to download the remaining messages.
