If you are experiencing trouble accessing the Internet with your Access Technology DSL service, please restart your DSL modem. You can do this by unplugging the power cord from the DSL modem and then waiting 10 seconds and then plugging the power cord back in. There is no off/on switch on many DSL modems. The DSL service can take up to 5 minutes to reconnect after you do this. If the service is still not working, please call our office at (804)355-9999.
